Kerala firm Ospyn to power IOB, Dhanlaxmi Bank tech operations

Ospyn mandate includes automation of banking processes, customer onboarding

Public sector banking major Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) private sector banking player Dhanlaxmi Bank will have a Technopark Thiruvananthapuram-based technology company Ospyn offering solutions in the financial services arena.

While Indian Overseas Bank will deploy Ospyn’s software towards automation of its banking processes, including customer onboarding services, Dhanlaxmi Bank will upgrade its banking and administrative processes by using the technology company’s software solutions.

Ospyn, which has a wide client-base across India and abroad, will be deploying its Business Process Management (BPM) module ‘OspynDocs’ to enable IOB automate its internal operations and customer interactions with total transparency and efficiency at a faster Turn Around Time (TAT), according to Prasadu Varghese, CEO, Ospyn. OspynDocs is a scalable digital platform that helps in replacing disconnected business processes, paper-dependent works and fragmented repositories of financial institutions.

Ospyn to ensure faster delivery of solutions

According to the tech company, it will be deploying Ospyn professionals and R&D team with wide national and global exposure to bring all processes of the bank on a centralised platform. The company’s ‘build fast, less code, no code’ method will ensure faster delivery of solutions to customers.

The company will be delivering next-generation SaaS (Software as a service) solutions with a composable architecture. The platform is being strengthened with advanced robotic process automation (RPA), AI, ML and iPaaS to offer enhanced hyper automation of all business needs.

Ospyn works for more than 80 enterprises around the world, and have already made a name as a highly reliable technology partner for companies. More 20 banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) customers ranging from public, private sector banks and co-operative banks, financial institutions and state funding boards have been making use of the company’s software.

With presence across India, Middle East and Africa, the company has been constantly upscaling operations in India. The company is now working on plans to venture into European and American markets this year.
