SRINAGAR (J&K) — The University of Kashmir on Wednesday declared the results of Kashmir University Entrance Test (KUET) 2020 which were held last month.

The KUET 2020 result status has been made available by the varsity on its official website.

Candidates need to enter their Entrance Roll Number and Date of Birth to check their Result Status. Alternatively, the concerned candidates can click the link for checking their result status.

The University has also advised the candidates to regularly visit University website for necessary information/instructions regarding Admissions–2020.

Pertinently, the entrance examination was conducted for more than 48 postgraduate programs offered by University of Kashmir. The exams were held in two sessions – morning and afternoon.

As per official statement of the University, it had received more than 25 thousand applications for admission to various postgraduate courses against a vacancy of 4,149 seats.

The programs for which the University had received more than 25,182 applications include MSc Clinical Biochemistry, MA English, MSc Applied Geology, MA History, MA Linguistics, LLB (3 Years), MSc Microbiology, MA Arabic, MSc Nano-technology, MA Psychology, MSc Chemistry, M.Ed, MSc Environmental Sciences, MSc Botany, MA/MSc Mathematics, MA Political Science, MSc Zoology, MA Anthropology, 5-Year BA-LLB, MA Education, MA Sociology, MSc Food Technology, MSc Electronics, MA Kashmiri, MSc Home Science, MSC IT, MSc Geo-Informatics, MA Persian, MA Islamic Studies,  MTTM, MSc Biochemistry, MA/MSc Disaster Management, MSc Bio-resources, MA/MSc Statistics, MA Mass Communication, MA/MSc Geography, MCA, MSc Physics, MLIS, MA Economics, MA Urdu, MSW, MA Gender Studies, M.Com, MP.Ed, MBA, MBA-FM and IMBA.

In view of Coronavirus pandemic, the administration has also constituted exam centres in north and south Kashmir districts besides the main campus of the University to avoid social gathering and ensure physical distancing.
