Bond actor Daniel Craig to be inducted into Hollywood Walk of Fame

Daniel Craig, who added more charm to James Bond 007, is signing off after No Time To Die; will be honoured with star on Hollywood Walk of Fame ahead of movie release

No Time To Die has been premiered to the overwhelming response and Daniel Craig, who has played his last James Bond character is a happy man. As he signs off and leaves the 007 stints for another actor to take up and continue, Craig can be glad that his last outing as the debonair spy has been accepted and applauded by the critics.

Daniel Craig’s performance as Bond has now earned him a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  Two days ahead of the global release of No Time To Die, Craig will see the honour bestowed on him. This will make Craig the 2,704th celebrity to get a star on the Walk of Fame.

Daniel Craig only Bond actor after Roger Moore in Hollywood Walk of Fame

The star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame will be doubly exciting for Daniel Craig because he would become only the second Bond actor to be honoured so. He will get a position right next to Roger Moore in the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Located at 7007 Hollywood Boulevard, the Walk of Fame would be a must-visit spot as the two Bonds will stay together side by side forever. Craig, who has done five 007 films, will be honoured with star, at an event to be attended by Nicole Mihalka, chair of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and the Michael G. Wilson – Barbara Broccoli due, who are the producers of No Time To Die. Rami Malek, Craig’s co-star will also be present.

After Pierce Brosnan ended his 007 stint, Daniel Craig was ushered in to play the new Bond. His first iteration of the spy role came in 2016 with Casino Royale. Post that he was seen in Quantum Solace, Skyfall and Spectre. No Time To Die is his latest and last one as the iconic spy.

A decision on who will be next Bond is being deliberated across film circles. It is expected that another swashbuckling actor with the same charisma would take over, but the speculations continue. We might be able to see a new name emerge by early 2022.

Apart from 007, Daniel Craig had also been seen in films such as The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Knives Out, Munich, Enduring Love, Infamous, Logan Lucky and a few others.
