Honsla Rakh, the much-anticipated Punjabi film starring Shehnaaz Gill and Diljit Dosanjh, has released its trailer.

The film is a comedic take on pregnancy and motherhood, with Shehnaaz portraying a pregnant woman and Diljit as the father who attempts to care for the child.

Apart from Diljit Dosanjh and Shehnaaz Gill, the Punjabi film Honsla Rakh also stars Sonam Bajwa and Shinda Grewal.

The film is produced under Thind Motion Films and Storytime Productions. While Amarjit Singh Saroon directed the film, Daljit Thind and Diljit Dosanjh are the producers.

The storyline of ‘Honsla Rakh’

The storyline of the movie is what happens when a nice, rooted, desi, Punjabi young guy, a single parent with a seven-year-old kid, tries to find love and a mother for his son runs across his ex, who has returned to the city after a seven-year absence.

‘Honsla Rakh’ is a romantic comedy set in Vancouver, Canada, that also centres on the emotional connections between a father and a kid, as well as modern-day love between men and women.

The Punjabi movie will be released internationally on October 15, 2021, coinciding with India’s Dussehra festivities.
