Priyanka Chopra set to soar with Marvel Falcon Anthony Mackie in new Hollywood action flick
Kevin Sullivan’s has roped in Priyanka Chopra and Anthony Mackie for his new film titled ‘Ending Things’
India’s own Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, now a Hollywood sensation, is flying high. And this time around, she has the Falcon for company. Priyanka has been cast opposite Anthony Mackie, best known for the Marvel role of Sam Wilson aka Falcon.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe had Mackie soaring high, and with Kevin Sullivan signing him for his next outing titled Ending Things, hopes an astounding action thriller is high. Joining Mackie would be Priyanka Chopra.
Priyanka, who had earlier been seen alongside Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Neil Patrick Harris in Lana Wachowski’s The Matrix Resurrections, will be excited big time about the new project she has been roped in for.
Priyanka-Mackie film inspired by 1994 hit True Lies
Said to be a film on the lines of the 1994 box office sensation True Lies, which had Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis in the lead, Ending Things is expected to go on to be hit among the current day action freaks around the globe.
This would be Priyanka Chopra’s first ever pairing with Anthony Mackie, and would narrate the tale of a hit-woman looking to quit the killing business. In fact, she tells her business partner that she’s ending their personal relationship – though she doesn’t want that to happen – as well, so that it would be easy to quit being an assassin anymore.
However, the break up emotional stuff is pushed to the backburner as the two set out on their last job together. Ending Things is Sullivan’s take on how thee two join forces for one last night out. Sounds interesting, indeed.
Amazon web-series Citadel also has Priyanka in the cast
Anthony Mackie has been having a great run at the box office for quite some time, and would look to extend the success with Ending Things. He who had played Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has been passed on the baton of Captain America by Chris Evans. The fourth iteration of the popular Marvel franchise will have Mackie donning the Captain America costume. Meanwhile, he had been gearing up to make his directorial debut with Spark. He has also finished filming for Rupert Wyatt’s next ‘Desert Warrior’ too.
Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, post-The Matrix Resurrections, was involved in the filming of romantic-comedy Text For You, which also has Sam Hueghan in the cast. Plus, the Amazon web-series Citadel also has her in the cast. Citadel is helmed by Russo Brothers.
With Ending Things bound to happen, Priyanka Chopra is sure to be seen on a higher pedestal in the Hollywood arena. Let’s hope to see more from her.
