While the pandemic is sparing none at all, it is high time that all efforts are concentrated towards saving lives and rising above politics. The past few weeks have been very crucial as common people are affected by the unavailablity of required health care services and COVID-19 emergency requirements.
Notably, it is the common people along with some influencers, famous artists, etc. who have been using the power of their social media to help people in distress. On the contrary, the Prime Minister of India was seen motivating people to go for elections, even in such times. PM Modi wrote on Twitter, “Last phase of the 2021 West Bengal elections takes place today. In line with the COVID-19 protocols, I call upon people to cast their vote and enrich the festival of democracy.”
