Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro with AMOLED display launched in India

There are more than 100 fitness modes available, including tennis, workout, swimming, and more.

New Delhi: The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro smartwatch, an upgraded version of the Watch GT 2, was introduced in India today. The device had made its global debut last year.

The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro Moon Phase Collection in India, on the other hand, has the same specs as the worldwide version.

Pricing for Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro in India

The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro is available in two styles: sports and classic. The sports variant of the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro costs Rs 22,990. The classic model, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 24,990.

Starting September 18, both of these models will be available for purchase in India through Flipkart.

Specs for Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro

The watch has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a pixel density of 326ppi and a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. The display is also protected by Sapphite crystal-infused glass and features a titanium frame.

It is equipped with the company’s Kirin A1 processor, 32MB of RAM, and 4GB of internal storage. In addition, the wearable is powered by Huawei’s proprietary LiteOS. In India, though, it’s uncertain whether Huawei’s Watch GT 2 Pro would use the same software.

Over 100 workout modes are tracked by the watch. Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowboarding, and Golf Driving Range are among the 17 professional modes and 85 personalized modes available.

Wireless quick charging, Sp02 monitor among features

It also supports wireless charging and boasts a battery life of up to 2 weeks, 5 minutes of wireless quick charge, and 10 hours of use.

With TruSeen 4.0+, the Watch GT 2 Pro can track your heart rate. It notifies users if their heart rate is abnormal. A SpO2 tracking, TruSleep sleep monitoring, Huawei TruRelax, and all-day activity tracking are also available.

The wearable has Bluetooth 5.1 connection and is 5ATM certified, which means it can withstand being submerged in water for up to 50 metres. Furthermore, the watch works with Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 smartphones.

The ECG feature, however, is not compatible with iOS phones, according to the manufacturer. Without a strap, it measures 46.746.711.4mm and weighs 52 grams.
