Pricing for Samsung Galaxy M52 5G

When it comes to M-series and F-series smartphones from Samsung, pricing attains more significance as the company promotes these phones as budget-friendly and feature-rich.

There are two versions of the Galaxy M52 5G. The 6GB RAM with 128GB model costs Rs 29,999, while the 8GB RAM with 128GB model costs Rs 31,999.

However, it will be available at a special introductory price of Rs 26,999 and Rs 28,999 for the 6GB and 8GB RAM models, respectively, at the Great Indian Festival on Amazon on October 3 as part of a limited-time deal.

Specifications, features of Samsung Galaxy M52 5G

The phone has a 6.7-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution size of 1080×2400 pixels. In addition, the panel has a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC is coupled with the Adreno 642L GPU in the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. A microSD card may be used to extend the capacity up to 1TB.

The phone has a triple back camera system for pictures and movies. It contains a 64-megapixel main sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 5-megapixel macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4. A 32-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture is used for selfies and video calls.

Security features & connectivity options

For security, it has a fingerprint scanner on the side. Face recognition is available on the phone as well.

On the connectivity front, the phone supports 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 axe (2.4GHz + 5GHz), GPS + GLONASS and Bluetooth 5. The phone also features a USB Type-C connection as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack. Its measurements are 164.2 x 76.4 x 7.4mm, and it weighs 173g.

5000mAh battery a disappointment

The phone’s OS is Android 11 with Samsung One UI 3.1. There’s also a 5,000mAh battery with 25W rapid charging capability.

The Samsung Galaxy M51, which is the predecessor of the latest smartphone, had a 7000mAh battery.

It was expected that the new M-series phone will have the same battery capacity, if not more. However, to keep the smartphone slim, its battery capacity has been lowered.

This has not been taken well by the millennial consumers, and many Samsung fans have expressed their disappointment.
