Realme C21Y with UNISOC T610 SoC, 5000mAh battery unveiled in India
The 3GB version of the device costs Rs 8,999, while the 4GB RAM version with 64GB storage costs Rs 9,999.
NEW DELHI — Realme on Monday released the Realme C21Y, a new C-series phone in India.
The phone has a triple camera system on the back, a 5,000mAh battery, and the Unisoc T610 SoC, among other features.

Realme’s Pricing for Realme C21Y smartphone
The Realme C21Y is available in two configurations: 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB.
The handset’s 3GB version costs Rs 8,999, while the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs Rs 9,999.
The initial sale will take place on realme.com, Flipkart, and Mainline channels on August 30th at 12:00 noon. It comes in two colour options with Cross Blue and Cross Black.
Specifications for Realme C21Y smartphone
The phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ mini-drop display with a resolution of 1600 720 pixels and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The phone features an 89.5 percent screen-to-body ratio & a 20:9 aspect ratio. In addition, the phone sports a waterdrop notch on the front to house the selfie camera.
The smartphone will be powered by a Unisoc T610 processor with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage on the inside. It has a storage expansion slot that can hold up to 256 GB of microSD. The CPU is accompanied by a Mali G52 GPU.
Older Android version but has octo-core processor
The Unisoc T610 is an octa-core 12nm CPU with a 1.8GHz clock speed. Two high-performance A75 cores running at 1.8GHz and six power-saving A55 cores running at 1.8GHz make up the CPU.
Surprisingly, the Realme C21Y runs on an older version of Android 10 with Realme UI on top. It’s also worth noting that Android 12 has now been officially unveiled. A 5000mAh battery is included in the phone.
The Realme C21Y features a triple-camera system on the back. It comes with a 13-megapixel main camera with up to 4X magnification and PDAF autofocus. A 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel monochrome lens are also included. A 5-megapixel camera sensor sits inside the waterdrop notch on the front.
Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, micro-USB, GPS and a 3.5mm audio port will be among the phone’s connectivity options. On the back panel, there is also a fingerprint sensor.
The Realme C21Y is 164.5x76x9.1mm in size and weighs around 200 grams.
