LizMotors Mobility Uses AI and IoT to create safety devices for women and children

Personal safety has become a major concern in our society, no matter where you go there is always the anxiety of safety not only for ourselves but also for our friends and family. Evidence shows that crime against children and women has peaked. According to the National Crime Records Bureau, crimes against children in India have increased by more than 500% over the last 10 years.

Lizmotors Mobility, a company based in Gurgaon is working on a technology that is tailored to kids’ and women’s safety. The company has developed a unified cloud-based software platform to address some of the safety-related issues, the software platform lets users connect their IoT devices such as wearables, phones, vehicles, and security cameras and notify users or any third party instantaneously via alerts on their phones or computer if any anomaly is detected.

The company has developed an edge computing device that can be retrofitted in any vehicle. This device employs Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning software and is connected to the cloud via the cellular network. The device is equipped with multiple sensors that constantly monitor the drivers as well as passengers and send out the notifications to support the office if anything unusual is detected.

Lizmotors is already selling telematics devices and IoT kids wearables under its brand ‘Turet’. Kids wearables are like a mini two way calling mobile phone specially designed keeping early age kids in mind. Parents can call their kids, track their location and activities. Kids can call parents just using a single push button.

Lizmotors Mobility was founded in Gurgaon by Preyanshu Solanki, Neha Singh, and Vineet Singh. Preyanshu has worked internationally and hone skills in Supply Chain, Operations and Business Development with NIFT as his alma mater. Vineet worked at Apple, Tesla and Autonomous vehicle startups in San Francisco and an alumnus of Cornell University NY. Neha is a software architect based out of New York and has worked with financial institutions as a developer.
